I always left every session feeling better. I also really appreciated the exercises Dr. Josh prescribed me. They’re clear, concise, and compact. Typically there are 3-4 core exercises that I could knock out in 15-20 minutes which made it easy for me to stay consistent with them and continue to see progress. I’m able to do all of those old movements I wasn’t able to do because of pain, so working with Reason Physio was highly effective for me.

Dr. Beth and the Reason Physio team are a 5/5 for sure! Dr. Beth listens intently, thinks quickly, and adapts well to the information you’re sharing with her on areas you want addressed! Some of my concerns were a bit vague or hard to replicate, but I just shared what I could about my experience and it was amazing how Bethany tailored her tests and also programming to help each of my needs! I didn’t know what to expect about starting some physical therapy, but I was so happy to be able to see progress even in the same day for some relief! I highly recommend Reason Physio if you’re looking to try out physical therapy to address that thing that’s been bugging you for a while!

Reason Physio is the best. I have worked with Dr. Josh for about 4 months now and he has helped me not only build confidence in my movement but he's also made me feel confident that I'm not going to be injured forever. He helped me believe my injury is not what defines me it is not my identity it is something that we will overcome together. He has helped me feel really good and healthy, especially entering into my competitive season.

I never thought that I would suffer from agonizing lower back pain - to the point where I didn’t know if I would get better and return to my prior quality of life. I reached out to Reason Physio, which was the best decision I’ve made! Not only does Dr. Beth know what she’s doing, but she also comes from a CrossFit background - she was able to assess what was wrong and what exercises I needed to do to recover. She was able to transition those exercises into functional in-the-gym therapy exercises where I saw and felt improvement. I’m happy to say that my back feels as if it’s back to normal, if not even stronger than before! I highly recommend working with Dr. Beth - it will likely be the best decision you’ll ever make for your body’s recovery!

I’ve had many issues over the years from performing activities such as CrossFit, martial arts, and recreational sports. I specifically asked Dr. Bethany to look at my shoulder, because it didn’t seem like that range of motion and mobility were optimal. I had issues getting my arms in the air to the point where my bicep couldn’t even touch my ear.
Thanks to Reason Physio, I learned that physical therapy works. It’s not just for injuries or injury prevention. It can improve balance, strength, fitness, and especially quality of life. She gave me a list of exercises that I needed to do multiple times a week for stretching, which helped my shoulders, pecs, and traps. I learned that all these muscles are connected and can help improve the overall experience.
Thanks to Dr. Beth and being able to see how my arms have a better range of motion - she instilled confidence in me that I can do more than just have this fear in the back of my mind - about overcompensating for using other parts of my body to assist.
